CONCLUSION: It is feasible to optimize and predict the formula of roxatidine sustained-release tablets using the spherical symmetric design. 结论采用球面对称设计法对罗沙替丁缓释片的处方进行优化和预测可行。
OBJECTIVE: To study the application of the spherical symmetric design in the optimization of the roxatidine sustained-release tablet and to study its releasability. 目的研究球面对称设计法在缓释片处方优化中的应用并考察其释放度。
RESULTS: The binomial equation of the influencing factors and the optimized formula of roxatidine sustained-release tablet were available through spherical symmetric design, and the experimental result was in line with the predicted data. 结果采用球面对称设计法,可得到影响因素的二项式方程和优化处方,且试验值与预测值非常接近。
